Delivery Policy — Ciobanu Labs

Last updated: 13 May 2026. Ciobanu Labs delivers exclusively digital services and digital files. No physical products are shipped. This policy describes how, when and in what form deliveries are made.

1. Method of Delivery

All deliverables are sent electronically via secure cloud-storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer Pro, or another platform agreed with the client). Download links are typically valid for 30 days; we can re-issue them on request for up to 12 months after final delivery.

2. Order Confirmation

Immediately after a successful order, you receive an email confirmation with your invoice and order summary. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact hello@ciobanulabs.de.

3. Production Timelines

Standard lead times (counted in business days from project kickoff):

Single asset / minor revision: 5–10 days.
Mid-scope project (asset bundle, short animation): 2–4 weeks.
Full pipeline / production package: 6–12 weeks.

Exact milestones are confirmed in writing for each project. Timelines may be adjusted if client feedback or assets are not received within the agreed windows.

4. File Formats

We deliver in industry-standard formats (FBX, OBJ, glTF/GLB, USD, MP4, EXR/PNG sequences). Editable source files (.blend, .ma, .max) are included only when explicitly part of the agreed scope.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds beyond that scope are billed at our standard hourly rate, agreed in writing before starting.

6. Acceptance

Final delivery is considered accepted if no written objection with specific revision requests is raised within 7 days of receipt.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If we cannot deliver due to circumstances on our side, we will notify you immediately and propose a new date. If the delay exceeds 30 days for reasons attributable to us, you may cancel under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
